In this scene the brothers sing wistfully of the female companionship that they long for, as they chop wood in a chill landscape.

And director Patrick Garland gives these tender moments (notably Lockwood West wistfully singing 'It Were All Green Hills') as much emphasis as the noisy production numbers.

"We are born innocent/ We are still innocent," she sings wistfully on the power ballad "Adia."

It is also here that Rodolfo and Marcello sing vehemently and wistfully of the pains of love in the opening of the final act.

The video is interspersed throughout with scenes of Grolton driving in a car, wistfully singing the song.

And since this crowd consisted almost entirely of expatriate Senegalese, he earned the biggest response when he sang wistfully about his homeland.

"I love my baby to death," Anthony Kiedis sings wistfully, as if he feels somehow culpable.

"You should have treated me the way you said you would," she sang wistfully in "Leavin'," as if she were remembering better times.

"Jacob, Jacob, Jacob," he sang wistfully, still smiling.
