You can get there quickly by double-clicking on My Computer, right-clicking on the drive you want to defragment, selecting Properties from the menu and clicking on the Tools tab.

You can change a folder's icon by right-clicking on it and selecting Properties from the resulting menu.

You can also add a Hot Key combination to the Command prompt by selecting 'Properties' from the file menu.

The company recommends right-clicking on My Computer, selecting Properties and clicking on the Advanced Tab.

You can still open a blocked file from someone you know by right-clicking on it, selecting Properties, and clicking on the Unblock option.
