"The bottom line, though, will be how these guys perform in games over the next year."

If one guy does not know his role or perform it, the whole system breaks down.

"Everybody knows that if given extended minutes, the guys on this team could perform," he said.

"You lose confidence that a guy can perform," Green said.

"But the guy came out and performed like a champion."

The video shows the guys performing a digital concert for a group of girls.

"If guys aren't performing well, then somebody else comes in to get the job done."

"Some people refuse to do it," he said, "and those guys are performing an illegal act by doing so."

"It's always a challenge to try to find that key to help guys perform."

"If our key guys don't perform to the level they can and have, we'll be in trouble."
