The final draft text was published on 20 April 2010.

On 4 June 2007 they released the completed draft text.

There have in fact been three preliminary draft texts with the last one, to my knowledge, dating from July 1999.

Finally, we should like to know the motivation behind this draft text which at the moment seems to us to be extremely confused.

However, the draft text for this has also raised serious concerns in a number of respects.

We are very happy with the contents of the joint draft text.

With this process still under way, the draft text has not yet been finalised.
