Presentations password-protected for opening or modifying can be opened by PowerPoint Viewer.

A freely distributed PowerPoint Viewer is available for those without PowerPoint who may wish to view or print PowerPoint presentations.

It also includes PowerPoint Viewer 2010, to view and print PowerPoint slides and shows.

This font, along with Calibri, Cambria, Consolas, Corbel and Constantia, is also distributed with the free PowerPoint Viewer, the Microsoft Office Compatibility Pack and the Open XML File Format Converter for Mac.

These animations can then be shared by transferring the PowerPoint file they were created in, and can be viewed with PowerPoint or Microsoft's free PowerPoint Viewer.

(For example: Adobe Acrobat Reader for pdf files, Windows Media Player for audio and video files, PowerPoint Viewer for presentation slides, etc.)
