The park is home to over 93 mammal species, and the large mammals of the park include an elephant population, hippos, buffalo, and warthogs.

Animals from Africa include giraffes, hippos, zebras, and Cape buffalos.

Other animals at the zoo include red pandas, camels, llamas, giraffes, bison, hippos, and elephants.

Fauna include sable antelope, rhinos, hippos, and many species of birds, insects and aquatic life.

The exotic animals included hippos, hartebeest, elephants, baboons and wildcats.

Planned exhibits include tapirs, jaguars, pygmy hippos, bongo and chimpanzees (all of which already live at the Zoo), as well as orangutans, gibbons, and gorillas.

And as had been recorded on many occasions, intruders included other hippos, crocodiles, and passing boats.

Animals include lions, tigers, hippos and flamingos.

Minorities include monkeys, lions, crocodiles, hippos and at least one human.

There is a variety of wildlife around the lake, which include hippos (rare), monkeys, baboons, warthogs, and a huge variety of birds.
